| For more than eight years I have been learning and immersing myself in the Andean Spiritual Tradition here in Cusco's Sacred Valley. My primary teachers have been Peruvian men who learned the tradition from Andean men who learned it from their fathers and grandfathers. This year I am working with Andean women masters from this area to learn from them the sacred feminine aspects of this tradition. The Full Circle Initiation, August 1-8, 2008, will incorporate these feminine aspects in both form and practice. Q'ero shaman (female and male) will be with us doing ceremony and sharing the ancient energy transmissions. Our work will be a mutual exchange around the sacred circle, reflecting the time-honored principle of ayni , reciprocity. Traditionally, August is the Pachamama month (Mother Nature). August first is considered her birthday. Eight is the Pachamama number of completeness (full circle). Our eight days together will focus on the four elements of nature: Earth – Intention; Water- Intuition; Air – Perception; Fire – Transformation. We will also share the energy initiations of the Munay-Ki Rites. These Rites are given as the next step in the evolution of humanity, to realign and attune our frequencies and truly shift human consciousness. During our eight days together you will receive these Rites and learn how to give them to others. The Inka prophecies speak about a new human appearing on earth – one who lives free of fear and resides in her or his transcendent nature. The Munay-Ki are the codes for the new human. They are delivered in the form of energetic transmissions. The nine initiations of the Munay-Ki have only been available until recently to the high wisdom keepers of the Andes. In addition, we will receive a 10 th rite - the Nusta rite from Dona Juanita, passed from her grandmother and her grandmother's grandmother to us. The first day with each element we will be based in Pisac at Paz y Luz (Peace and Light) Center, learning and doing practices, receiving and sharing the Munay-Ki , reflecting and processing. The second day with each element we will go to a corresponding sacred initiation site, unknown to most tourists, for ritual cleansing and integration with the energy of these huakas , (holy places). It will expand our awareness to assist the shift in the collective consciousness and bring about the taripaypacha , the new age of peace, unity, harmony and balance.
