We will work with Q'ero masters, receiving the Rites in the traditional way, visiting sacred initiation sites unseen by most tourists. We will integrate ourselves with the refined energy of these sites, practice giving the Munay-Ki and process how we have used the Rites in our own healing work as well as our work with others. |
October 2010 Oct 4 - arrive at Paz y Luz for registration and Opening Ceremony Oct 5 - Earth initiation site with Dona Juanita and Don Francisco to receive the Pampamisayoq Rite (#5 in the Munay-Ki) in a cave above Cusco Oct 6 - Water initiation site with Dona Juanita and Don Francisco to receive the Altomisayoq Rite (#6 in the Munay-Ki) A beautiful mountain stream flows over the rocks where a 7-sided chakana is caved into the mountainside. Oct 7 - We will climb a steep hillside to reach the Air initiation site with Dona Juanita and Don Francisco to receive the Kuraq Akullaq Rite (#7 in the Munay-Ki). There is a “throne” finely carved out of one piece of granite. Afterwards we will go the “wind gate” in Ollantaytambo. Oct 8 - We will go up to the Inti Huatana stone in the Sun Temple of Pisac at sunrise to connect with the Fire element. There Francisco and Juanita will give us the Taitanchi Rite (#9) at this sacred site. We will return to Paz y Luz for our closing ceremony.
